Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Tulse Hill, SE27

Salary: OTE: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator or someone who is looking to starting a career in estate agency to join a well established estate agents.

If you are looking for a new position with a well-known brand that has an excellent client base and takes huge pride in the service they offer, then this could be the position for you.

You will need have a great track record in residential Lettings, however if you have sales experience with transferable skills you could also be considered for this role. You will need to be driven, proactive, have a real passion for property and strive to deliver a first class experience for the clients.  In return you will receive a competitive salary package and future potential. 

The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in South East London area who specialise in residential estate agency. 

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Excellent sales ability
  • Experience in residential lettings preferred
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Tulse Hill and surrounding areas would be helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
