Salary: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lettings Negotiator to join the Residential Sales and Lettings team at this highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Uxbridge area.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Lettings and demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, a desire to learn and the right attitude to work.

The company will consider a range of experience levels, but as a minimum, you should be smart, well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.

The role will involve calling potential tenants and showing clients' properties, so a driving licence and car are essential.

The Company: Our client is an energetic, market leading Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and local offices in the Uxbridge area. 

Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:

  • Previous experienced in Lettings
  • Excellent selling ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Uxbridge area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
