As a Futures & Options EMEA Deliveries Specialist within the Futures & Options EMEA Deliveries team, you will play a vital role in managing expiry positions and addressing client queries with precision and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include promoting automation and process improvements to ensure efficient and risk-managed settlements. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality client experiences and contribute to the firm's success globally. This role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse derivative products across major European exchanges, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the market. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you will help shape the future of clearing services at J.P. Job responsibilities
- Manage expiry positions and address client queries promptly.
- Execute high-value, time-sensitive settlements with risk management.
- Review and update operational procedures using client and operations data.
- Initiate and participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Engage effectively with project work, managing stakeholders and driving change.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to deliver solutions.
- Identify and improve process inefficiencies for better capacity and control.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
- Focus on client care and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet time-critical deadlines with strong time management skills.
