Minimal is creating the operating system for efficient urban logistics. Our mission is to make the movement of goods in cities profoundly efficient through our ecosystem of micromobility vehicles, intelligent fleet software, and urban infrastructure.
The RoleWe're looking for a Sales Lead to drive B2B growth across logistics, parcel, postal, and retail sectors. You'll own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — and work closely with product and operations to deliver integrated hardware and software solutions.
For senior candidates, this role may evolve into building and leading a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B customers
- Manage key accounts and identify expansion opportunities
- Develop scalable sales processes and forecasting tools
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and increase visibility
- Represent Minimal at customer meetings and industry events
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development (mobility, hardware, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and growth-focused
- Leadership or mentoring experience desirable
- Define Minimal's commercial strategy and scale revenue growth
- Work with a high-calibre team on a tangible mission to improve urban logistics
