Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for a UK Operations Lead. The Operations Lead will oversee daily operations including strategic planning, team management, process optimization, and operational compliance. Responsibilities encompass establishing workflows, driving operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing initiatives to meet organizational goals. The role will require regular reporting to stakeholders and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Operational and strategic planning skills, including process optimization and workflow management
  • Team management, communication, and leadership abilities to foster collaboration across departments
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operations and resolve challenges effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies relevant to the role
  • Knowledge of E-Sports, gaming platforms, or industry trends is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a hands-on approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
