Salary: £40,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Property Manager to join an established property management company.

This role involves managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance, overseeing maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to leaseholders and freeholders. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a portfolio of residential leasehold blocks
  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets
  • Coordinating maintenance and major works
  • Conducting site inspections and reporting
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance (e.g., Section 20, health & safety)
  • Building strong relationships with leaseholders and contractors
  • Managing insurance, contracts, and supplier performance
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven previous experience in block property management
  • Good understanding of leasehold legislation and compliance
  • Experience with service charge budgeting and financial management
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • IRPM qualification desirable (or willingness to work towards)
  • Professional, confident communication style
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend site visits
