An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our dedicated Property Management team at Optivo. You will be responsible for the delivery of a professional block and tenancy management services within a designated area. This is a greatopportunity to work collaboratively with the other Property Managers in the delivery of Optivo’s 'patchless’ property management service across the entire home ownership department’s stock. You’ll work on ensuring that their area’s estimated service chargecalculations and reconciled service charge accounts are checked and scrutinised, to make sure they are correct in all respects.

**You will be given the flexibility of working from home 3 days a week and 2 days onsite.**

**What you’ll need**
- You’ll ideally be educated to A level standard including passes in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent or ability to operate at that level.
- You’ll be a Member of the IRPM or RICS or be willing to achieve membership.
- Experience in leasehold block management including managing blocks in mixed tenure environment.
- An understanding of the legal aspects of leasehold law and regulations, or the ability to quickly get such an understanding.
- You’ll have effective communications and influencing skills and be comfortable in dealing with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
