Salary: £35,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Block Manager to join an established property management company.

Supporting a senior Block Manager, this role offers hands-on experience with leasehold portfolios and is perfect for someone looking to grow in the block property sector. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assisting with the management of a residential block portfolio
  • Supporting service charge budgeting and financial admin
  • Helping coordinate repairs, maintenance, and major works
  • Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and suppliers
  • Attending and preparing for site inspections and meetings
  • Managing documentation, compliance, and health & safety records
  • Helping to ensure deadlines and regulatory obligations are met 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in property or block management (desirable)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of customer service principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn leasehold legislation and compliance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • IRPM qualification (desirable) or interest in obtaining it
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
