KWA Fabrications & Metals Ltd is a growing metals and fabrication business. We're looking for a highly organised, reliable Admin & Operations Assistant who can take full control of the "behind-the-scenes" work — the paperwork, the numbers, the scheduling, the tracking — all the boring but essential stuff the director doesn't have time for.

You will become the person who keeps the business tight, structured, and running smoothly day-to-day.

We need someone who can think independently, stay organised, and help the business grow by handling the admin with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Admin & Organisation

Managing daily emails, phone calls & WhatsApp enquiries

Organising files, documents and digital folders

Preparing invoices, receipts, quotes, contracts & job sheets

Keeping track of jobs completed, pending and upcoming

Updating all records accurately and on time

Finance Tracking & Expenditure

Recording all expenses

Tracking incoming payments

Keeping basic daily/weekly financial logs

Updating spreadsheets & cashflow tracking

Ensuring all numbers are correct and up to date

Operational Support

Coordinating customer bookings & collections

Liaising with suppliers and clients

Confirming prices, quantities and materials

Helping manage schedules & appointments

Supporting director with general tasks and admin tasks

Business Systems (Training Provided)

Updating the metal stock database

Checking daily metal prices

Entering details into the CRM or spreadsheets

Supporting marketing tasks (simple posting, messaging, etc.)
