**About Us**

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled **Fabricator/Welder** to join our Thurnscoe facility. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards and customer specifications while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Safety First**: Maintain a safe working environment in line with company policies and procedures.
- **Precision Work**: Accurately read and interpret technical drawings provided by the design team.
- **Welding Expertise**: Perform MIG or TIG welding processes as per project requirements.
- **Fabrication Tools**: Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, guillotines, rollers, and pillar drills to prepare materials.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect completed welds for defects, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine inspections on welding tools and equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines and production targets.
- **Process Improvement**: Offer suggestions to improve welding processes and product quality.
- **Clean & Organized Work Area**: Maintain an orderly workspace in line with our high standards of efficiency and safety.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **City & Guilds or N/SVQ Level 3** in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in steel fabrication and various welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication methods.
- Ability to maintain high safety standards and ensure quality in every project.
