National Account Manager – Grocery / Retail

Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to take your next big step? A well-established FMCG brand is looking for a
National Account Manager
to lead 3 key Grocery partnerships.

This is your chance to take full ownership of a high-profile national account – managing the full P&L and driving commercial success in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.

Support working on JBP's major UK Grocery accounts

Work cross-functionally with a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, Category

What you'll be doing:

  • Building strong, strategic relationships with key retail partners
  • Leading the creation and delivery of joint business plans that drive growth for both parties
  • Managing all commercial levers: pricing, investment, promotional strategy, and profitability
  • Aligning internal stakeholders and guiding customer strategy execution
  • Monitoring performance, spotting opportunities, and navigating risks with precision

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A strong track record in delivering growth and results in a branded FMCG environment
  • Proven experience managing top 4 grocery accounts in the UK
  • First-class negotiation, commercial, and presentation skills
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning and developing
