City Of London England, United Kingdom Lawyers On Demand Full time £60,000 - £120,000 per year

We're looking for a mid to senior Corporate Real Estate & Funds lawyer to join our client, a leading global law firm, to support them for 3 to 6 months.

You'll be advising on corporate real estate M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, club deals, and fund formations. This is a great opportunity to work on high profile, multi-jurisdictional deals within a market-leading practice.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the team on corporate real estate M&A transactions, joint ventures, and club deals.
  • Assisting with structuring, establishing, and managing private investment funds in the UK and offshore jurisdictions.
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Liaising with other departments and overseas counsel on cross-border matters.
  • Managing matters and supervising junior members of the team.

This assignment will be full time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to run for 3 to 6 months. There will be a hybrid of remote working and working within the London office.
