We're looking for passionate Healthcare Assistants to join our specialist care service teams. What You will Do
- Provide person-centred care and support to children and adults in line with personalised care plans.
- Promote safety, well-being, dignity, and safeguarding at all times.
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, education, community activities, and personal development.
- Encourage independence and positive outcomes for each person supported
- Maintain accurate, detailed records and contribute to care reviews and team meetings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure the best possible care
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (Preferred but not essential as training is provided.)
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Reliable, compassionate, flexible, and team-focused with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driver's license is desirable.
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check covering both Children and Adults.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification, with experience in working in various establishments
