Now in our 30th year, Creative Support remains a not-for-profit organisation focused on delivering an excellent standard of care and support to vulnerable people. We have over 20 services all across the Doncaster area with current vacancies in Rossington, Conisbrough, Woodlands and surrounding areas. We support people with Autism, Epilepsy, Complex Needs, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

Our Doncaster services are one of only 6 services in the entire country to be awarded Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission Regulatory Body across all 5 key areas. Our staff team are passionate, skilled, caring and devoted to a person centered approach where the focus is helping our services users achieve their dreams. CQC reported that we were helping our Service Users _“to live their absolute best lives”._

We have an array of hours available due to the ever changing needs of our service users and can offer you full time, flexible part time, relief roles for those experienced support workers amongst you and even weekend and evening only roles. Our services are all near local transport routes, just a short journey from Doncaster centre.

Support Worker Duties
- Personal Care.
- Provision of Medication.
- Assisting Service Users with household duties such as cooking and cleaning.
- Enabling our service users to lead fulfilled and valued lives.
- Every day care and support.

**We expect all applicants to Creative Support to have had at least their first COVID-19 vaccination prior to starting employment with us and to be committed to having the second vaccination within a 3 month period. If you have not had your vaccination then we expect you to be able to provide proof of medical exemption.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £9.80 per hour
