The Project Manager in the CEO Office plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of the CEO's strategic priorities across the organisation. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and Strategic Program Development Lead, this role ensures that key initiatives are effectively planned, coordinated, and delivered. The Project Manager acts as a central point of collaboration, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders to translate the CEO's vision into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Staff and Strategic Program Development Lead to operationalise the CEO's strategic objectives.
• Manage high-impact projects spanning multiple business units, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among senior executives and cross-functional teams across the group.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and frameworks to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
• Support strategic decision-making by preparing executive briefings, progress reports, and recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across projects, ensuring proactive problem-solving and course correction.
• Manage stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, fostering collaboration and transparency across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices within the CEO Office to enhance efficiency and impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or strategy execution within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Experience working in a corporate, consulting, or executive office environment is highly desirable.
