London, Greater London, United Kingdom Heidi Full time £50,000 - £80,000 per year

Who we are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We're a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we're growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role
As a Performance Marketer (Paid Search), you'll take ownership of all things Google Ads - from strategy to execution - to help clinicians and healthcare leaders discover the power of Heidi.

You'll manage day-to-day paid search performance across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and measurable growth. You'll be responsible for campaign structure, keyword strategy, ad copy and landing page experiments, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking - making sure every click counts.

This role blends analytical precision with strategic curiosity. You'll work within the Acquisition team and will collaborate closely with the Growth and Data teams to optimise spend, test hypotheses, and uncover insights that move performance metrics in the right direction. You'll also help shape Heidi's paid search roadmap across regions as we continue to scale globally.

It's the perfect role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision making, enjoys diving deep into campaign performance, and wants to see their impact translate directly into growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimise day-to-day Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube and display

  • Own budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and continuous optimisation to improve ROI

  • Review and restructure campaigns to ensure efficiency and scalability across markets

  • Conduct structured experiments across ad copy, keywords, and landing page variants to drive continuous improvement

  • Roll out new initiatives: keyword expansion, new campaigns, advanced audience strategies

  • Audit and refine tracking setup (conversion, attribution, audience signals) in collaboration with analytics and product teams

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards that surface key metrics and insights

  • Identify areas of wasted spend and reallocate budgets toward high-performing segments

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve the post-click experience and conversion funnel

  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations that inform scaling decisions and future strategy

  • Stay ahead of new Google Ads features, betas, and industry best practices to keep Heidi's acquisition strategy cutting-edge

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display)

  • Proven track record of optimising for performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR)

  • Skilled in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

  • Demonstrated ability to structure and execute experiments and testing roadmaps

  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience strategies

  • Data-led mindset — comfortable turning insights into action

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, and data teams

  • [Bonus] Experience working across multi-region or multi-language accounts

  • [Bonus] Experience optimising landing pages or collaborating on CRO initiatives

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.
