Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetisation. Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams, you will implement effective strategies across various channels to maximise the growth and success of our mobile, PC, and console titles. 

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Monitor campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, retention, lifetime value (LTV), return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.Analyse campaign data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance and efficiency.Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging creatives that resonate with the target audience.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of gaming marketing strategies.Assist in the preparation of performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide visibility into campaign performance and general efficiency.Requirements
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of gaming trends, user behaviour, and monetisation strategies within the gaming industry is a plus.Previous experience in performance marketing within the gaming industry is a plus.
