About Us
The Horizon Magna Group is a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi across 12 dealerships located in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.
Responsibilities will include:
- Bookingvehicles in for repair
- Initiating service documentation, job card production and follow up systems
- Update customer and vehicle history files accurately, document all warranty work as per requirements and ensure all work has been carried out as detailed and charged for.
- Advising customers of the costs of work to be undertaken and the predicted times and collection arrangements for their vehicles and keeping them fully informed of the progress of their vehicle.
What we're looking for:
- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic understanding of cash handling and accounting procedures.
- A smart, professional appearance with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
