We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, professional and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our friendly aftersales team at Magna Mazda, Poole.

About Us

The Horizon Magna Group is a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi across 12 dealerships located in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for aftersales customers – in person, by phone, and via email – delivering a professional and efficient reception and administration service.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer care and satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Accurately capture customer and vehicle information in the Dealer Management System.
  • Promote and secure service and repair bookings through customer reminders, marketing initiatives, and proactive contact.
  • Liaise effectively with service technicians to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
  • Secure service and repair sales, within the framework of Dealer Management System reminder systems and any current marketing initiative, to maximise the performance of the After Sales department.
  • Ensure all service documentation complies with company and manufacturer policies, including warranty processing, payment collection, and fleet invoicing.

  • Basic understanding of cash handling and accounting procedures.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Full UK Driving Licence Required – You will be subject to checks
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 08:00 - 12:30
