We're recruiting for a Group Aftersales Advisor to join our friendly and professional team, providing support across our 12 dealerships in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

Horizon Magna Motor Group is a privately owned automotive retailer with 12 dealerships across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire. Established in Poole in 1971, we proudly represent Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately capturing customer and vehicle information in the Dealer Management System
  • Promoting and securing service and repair work in line with marketing and reminder systems
  • Ensuring work requests reflect customer needs and technician requirements
  • Processing paperwork in line with company and manufacturer standards, especially for warranty and fleet transactions
  • Loading workshop hours to maximise labour sales
  • Providing outstanding service and communication throughout the customer journey
  • Recommending additional products such as service plans and warranties
  • Processing Vehicle Health Checks accurately and efficiently
  • Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Identifying parts and confirming availability before ordering
  • Building strong, lasting customer relationships

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an aftersales advisor or service advisor role within the motor trade would be preferred but full training will be given
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and teams
  • A full UK driving licence – you will be subject to licence checks
  • Willingness to travel across all dealership sites as needed, we'll provide you with a Company Vehicle and travel allowance

Hours of work

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00 with a 1-hour unpaid break, Saturday mornings 08:00 – 12:30 on a rotational basis (1 in 3).

  • Horizon Honda Christchurch, Dorchester, Poole & Yeovil
  • Magna Mazda Christchurch, Dorchester, Poole & Southampton

  • Dorchester Nissan
