About the role

The role will specialise in administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the designated programme(s), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, induction, module selections, student queries, assessments, student support, committees and events. The post will lead to achieving a high-quality and timely service to current and prospective students, alumni and staff relating to the designated programmes/modules and beyond.

The post plays a key role in the development of the School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team.

Please note that this is a full-time maternity leave cover post with an expected start date of 19 January 2026 for 13 months.

Salary – UCL Grade 7 £43,981 to £52,586 per annum (including London Allowance)

About you

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification, or substantial relevant experience in a similar role. They will also have previous experience of working in teaching and learning administration within a Higher Education environment, along with proven experience of enhancing the student lifecycle from application through to graduation.

Familiarity with Moodle or similar virtual learning environments is essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and support a wide range of stakeholders.
