'Programme Producer"

After three years our current Programme Producer Sam Campbell is moving back home to explore new horizons. Sam has done a fantastic job of developing Hoxton Hall's programme and there is now an exciting opportunity for someone new to develop this further.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious whilst compassionate and caring, hardworking and someone who can balance creativity with strong management. Our Programme Producer will show dynamism mixed with a strong sense of community and care.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST

To support the Chief Executive in both the development, smooth running and management of all elements of Hoxton Hall's multi art form programme.

To collaborate with the Chief Executive on delivering the organisational strategic plan for Hoxton Hall.

This includes the growth of our own artistic programme and development of our creative health strategic plans. It also has strong focus on the management and development of hires of all our spaces in the building and the responsibility of reaching income targets- hirers being the main source of income for Hoxton Hall.

The role is artistic, administrative, and operational. It involves collaboration and partnership working with artists, practitioners, producers, community members, organisations and everyone involved in using or working with Hoxton Hall. It also involves a strong sense of practical administration and understanding of the technical aspects of a venue and performance.

The Programme Producer supports the Chief Executive to deliver the above and collaborates with the whole Hoxton Hall team.

The Programme Producer will line manage the Programme Admin Officer whose role is to deliver administrative and practical support to the Programme Producer across all areas of the programme's operations, including events, marketing, front of house, bar and general office/building management

35 hours per week (during office hours 10am–6pm Monday to Friday, evening and weekend work will be required)

£36,375 per annum
