We're an established and respected property company looking for an
Sales Negotiator
to join our small but mighty team. With a buzzing office atmosphere and a genuine passion for property, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service - and having a lot of fun while doing it

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and progressing residential property sales from start to finish
  • Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers alike
  • Working weekends
  • Contributing to a supportive team where your voice is heard and your ideas matter

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property sales
  • this is essential
  • A confident, people-first approach with excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and target-driven mindset
  • Someone who thrives in a lively, close-knit team environment
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred, depending on location)
