Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Cisco Sales Manager to join our UK team — someone who can lead enterprise sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships and contribute to our growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Cisco products, services and end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal and negotiation to successful closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Cisco channel partners, distributors and internal solution architects to design and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Stay updated on Cisco's product portfolio, pricing and competitive landscape.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solution sales, preferably focused on Cisco technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco solutions — Networking, Security, Collaboration and Data Center.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Cisco Sales Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
