The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join the global marketing team at Susanne Kaufmann. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role blending creative design, campaign execution, and ecommerce and retail visual merchandising.
You will bring the brand's visual identity to life across digital, social, campaign, eCommerce, and in-store channels - ensuring every touchpoint feels elevated, consistent, and true to our aesthetic. Combining creative flair and technical precision, you'll collaborate across marketing, commercial, and eCommerce teams to evolve the Susanne Kaufmann visual world and deliver best-in-class storytelling.
Campaigns
- With the Marketing Lead, develop and execute campaign concepts across all touchpoints, creating 360° toolkits that ensure cohesive rollout and consistently express the brand world with clarity and premium aesthetic quality
- Build strong, visually coherent brand narratives that connect campaign storytelling with always-on content
- Create and adapt campaign assets for use across digital, print, and retail environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns meet both creative and commercial goals.
Graphic & Motion Graphic Design
- Create compelling motion graphics for paid, organic, and retail channels, delivering engaging and high-performing content that drives awareness and engagement
- Contribute to video editing and post-production to ensure visual cohesion between motion and static design, especially for social
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to elevate creative storytelling and execution.
Channel-Specific Design
- Tailor designs for digital channels (email, paid media, social, and ecommerce) and retail environments (POS, VM, and in-store activations)
- Design and artwork retail visual merchandising assets (posters, shelf talkers, lightboxes, and retail screen etc)
- Translate creative concepts into final artwork adhering to retailer specifications
- Develop and maintain POS and VM guideline decs to ensure consistent execution across retail partners.
Creative Operations & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Marketing teams to evolve and update brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits
- Ensure design consistency and visual alignment across all global brand touchpoints
- Maintain organised file structures, version control, and digital asset libraries following best-practice workflows
- Track and manage all active briefs, providing clear status updates to all channel stakeholders
- Present work confidently to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale and maintaining alignment with brand strategy
- Stay informed about design and industry trends, incorporating fresh ideas and innovation - including AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT etc) - into the creative workflow
Skills & Experience
- 5 years' experience in a creative or design role within luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality design across digital, social, campaign, and retail touchpoints, from concept to production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with motion design and short-form video editing
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a sharp eye for alignment, typography, colour accuracy, and visual hierarchy
- Confident communicator with strong collaboration and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
