· Paratoi diodydd alcoholig neu ddi-alcohol ar gyfer gwesteion y bar a'r bwyty

· Rhyngweithio â gwesteion, cymryd archebion a gweini diodydd

· Asesu anghenion a hoffterau gwesteion a gwneud argymhellion

· Cymysgu cynhwysion i wneud coctels blasus ac apelgar iawn

· Cadwch ffocws gwestai a meithrin profiad rhagorol i'r gwesteion

· Cydymffurfio â'r holl reoliadau bwyd a diod

· Agwedd gadarnhaol a sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol

· Y gallu i gadw'r bar yn drefnus, wedi'i stocio'n dda ac yn lân - gan gadw at safonau'r diwydiant.

Castell Deudraeth is a 4-star, luxury hotel located in the heart of Snowdonia in North Wales. We now require BAR STAFF to join the current team, who will offer our guests and customers a friendly and professional beverage service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding career within the company and the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week which involves working evenings and weekends. Hourly rate - up to £12.21 per hour + tips. Full training and uniform provided.

Responsibilities include:

· Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests

· Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

· Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations

· Mix ingredients to make great tasting and visibly appealing cocktails

· Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

· Comply with all food and beverage regulations

· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

· Ability to keep the bar organized, well stocked and clean – keeping to industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
