Rydym nawr angen **STAFF BAR** i ymuno gyda'r tim presennol i gynnig gwasanaeth diodydd cyfeillgar a phroffesiynol yn y bariau. Cyfle arbennig i ddatblygu gyrfa o fewn y cwmni a'r diwydiant lletygarwch. **Swyddi parhaol/dros dro/llawn a rhan amser, ac achlysurol hefyd**. Rhoddwyd hyfforddiant llawn a gwisg. **Cyflog - hyd at £11.00 yr awr + tips.**

**Ymhlith y cyfrifoldebau mae**:

- Paratoi diodydd alcoholig neu ddi-alcohol ar gyfer gwesteion y bar a’r bwyty
- Rhyngweithio â gwesteion, cymryd archebion a gweini diodydd
- Asesu anghenion a hoffterau gwesteion a gwneud argymhellion
- Cymysgu cynhwysion i wneud coctels blasus ac apelgar iawn
- Cadwch ffocws gwestai a meithrin profiad rhagorol ir gwesteion
- Cydymffurfio â'r holl reoliadau bwyd a diod
- Agwedd gadarnhaol a sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol
- Y gallu i gadw'r bar yn drefnus, wedi'i stocio'n dda ac yn lân - gan gadw at safonau'r diwydiant.

We are looking for new team members to deliver an amazing experience to our guests who are visiting and staying with us in the Award-winning Hotel Portmeirion.

The Hotel Portmeirion and Castell Deudraeth are 4 star, luxury hotels located in the heart of Snowdonia in North Wales. We now require **BAR STAFF** to join the current team, who will offer our guests and customers a friendly and professional beverage service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding career within the company and the hospitality industry. **Permanent/temporary/full/part time as well as casual roles available. Hourly rate - up to £11.00 per hour + tips.** Full training and uniform provided.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to make great tasting and visibly appealing cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, well stocked and clean - keeping to industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week
