Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
  • Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking orders accurately.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or requests.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.25 per hour
