Job Description:

We're seeking a proactive and creative individual to support Cotswold Grange with its social media, digital marketing, and administrative tasks. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational work — combining content creation with organisational support to keep the business running smoothly and visibly online.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Marketing (Approx. 60–70%)

  • Help plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Assist in Capturing and editing photos/videos of the park, lodges, and customer experiences.
  • Write engaging captions and short-form content to promote sales, unit sales, and events.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support seasonal marketing campaigns, special offers, and lodge sales promotions.
  • Create marketing materials via Canva (brochures, social graphics, signage).
  • Help manage email newsletters and subscriber lists (Mailchimp or similar).

Admin & Operational Support (Approx. 30–40%)

  • Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., lodge enquiries, booking contacts).
  • Support the sales team by preparing digital info packs and following up with prospects.
  • Assist with filing, light bookkeeping, and coordinating viewing appointments.
  • Organise digital assets, documents, and media libraries.
  • Prepare reports on social media performance, web traffic, and booking trends.
  • Provide general office support to the on-site team when needed.
  • Take payments
