Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing role for Everhot Cookers involves developing and executing strategies to promote its high-end range cookers online, encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media management, email marketing, content creation, and analytics to reach potential customers and drive sales, all while maintaining the brand's premium image and staying updated on digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and distribute compelling content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, to engage target audiences and highlight Everhot's features.
  • Social Media Engagement: Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, fostering positive interactions and managing online communities.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with Everhot's brand and business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta), email marketing, and SEO.
  • Website & SEO: Optimize the Everhot website for user experience and search engine visibility to attract and convert potential customers.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify insights and optimize future strategies.
  • Budget & ROI: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and track campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive and innovative approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and stakeholder reporting.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative growth strategies.
  • A passion for digital marketing to encompass and maximise on content creation and social media exposure.
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Experience in developing and managing content calendars and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Ability and want to establish and build influencer relationships.
  • Experience updating websites, Wordpress experience preferable
  • Experience updating brand social media channels, creating and publishing content
  • An understanding and experience managing of Google Campaigns to promote the brand online. Key search terms, Adwords (the technical side of this is managed by a third party agency)
  • Experience with filming and producing short films for Youtube and Social Media
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
