If yes, then we want you to join our team You'll be responsible for the servicing, maintainance and diagnostics of a rang of heat pump systems for both residential and commercial clients. You'll work independently, supported by a friendly and experienced team, ensuring the systems operate efficiently and customers receive excellent service.

What you can do for us:

  • Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on heat pump systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimum performance
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Comply with all relevant Health and Safety standards
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering and installations teams.

You'll need:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Level 3 NVQ in plumbing and heating
  • F-Gas certification (desirable not essential)
  • BPEC qualifications in heat pumps, unvented, water regulations and part L.
  • Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.

Good to have:

  • Electrical experience or qualifications
