London Area, United Kingdom Criterion Hospitality Full time £32,000 - £55,000 per year

Criterion Hospitality is looking for a vibrant, confident and motivated
Talent Coach/ Learning & Development / Training Coordinator
to help inspire and develop our brilliant hotel teams. If you love hospitality, thrive on building relationships and enjoy creating memorable learning experiences, this could be your perfect next step

About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll support the full training journey across our hotels – from fun, engaging inductions to operational skills sessions and compliance training. You'll help bring our culture to life, champion our service standards, and make sure every team member feels supported and ready to shine.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, has a naturally bubbly personality, and truly understands what great hospitality feels like.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training across our hotel group, ensuring sessions run smoothly and teams are fully supported.
  • Deliver upbeat, engaging and interactive training workshops (guest service, brand culture, systems, skills training and more).
  • Bring creativity to the design of training materials, presentations and e-learning content.
  • Maintain accurate training records and support managers with compliance and development tracking.
  • Be a visible, approachable support for new starters and existing team members across all hotels.
  • Assist with career development programmes, apprenticeships and leadership pathways.
  • Promote a fun, inclusive and positive learning culture that reflects the warmth of our hospitality brand.

About You

  • We're looking for someone who brings both skill and personality. You will be:
  • Experienced in hospitality – ideally within hotels, with strong knowledge of guest service and operations.
  • Naturally bubbly, warm and engaging, with confidence in presenting and building relationships.
  • Passionate about developing others, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping teams grow and thrive.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities across different sites.
  • A strong communicator, able to deliver information clearly, confidently and in an inspiring way.
  • Creative and proactive, with fresh ideas for training content and team engagement.
  • Comfortable delivering workshops, even if you're developing your L&D experience – energy and positivity matter most
  • Tech-savvy, confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems (LMS experience is a bonus).
  • A supportive team player, approachable, adaptable and always ready with a can-do attitude.
