About the role:

Are you a strategic and hands-on digital marketer ready to drive growth? We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team on a 11-month max term contract. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including search engine optimisation, paid search, digital remarketing, display, and broadcast media.

You will manage relationships with external agency partners, lead a small digital team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Your expertise in data-driven analysis will help optimise campaigns and maximise return on investment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels (SEO, paid search, remarketing, display, broadcast).
  • Manage and brief external agency partners, ensuring clear goals and service level agreements.
  • Write and coordinate paid media briefs, managing internal stakeholder approvals.
  • Oversee campaign implementation, monitoring, and optimisation using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Customer Squad, Customer Growth, and Product teams.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets for optimal spend and ROI.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap of marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Lead, mentor, and engage a digital team of two, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Role model company values and drive team engagement and performance culture.
About you:
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including team leadership and digital brand strategy execution.
  • Proven experience managing website and SEO strategies, with a focus on user experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and analyse performance-led digital activity.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in fast-paced B2B and B2C environments.
