Let's talk about the role... As a Marketing Co-Ordinator you'll be fully immersed with our experienced Marketing team and play a crucial role in enhancing and bringing our brand to life through the creation of dynamic marketing campaigns.    Based out of our Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent, it's a great opportunity for an ambitious person to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You'll:
  • Assist the marketing team in delivering campaigns and creating content across the group.
  • Help coordinate marketing activities for different brands, ensuring timely delivery of assets and updates.
  • Support the setup and scheduling of social media and email campaigns.
  • Help maintain and update the company website, including uploading content and images.
  • Compile performance data from campaigns and assist in preparing reports.
  • Help organise internal events and team activities.
  • Liaise with external agencies to support project delivery, under guidance from senior team members.

Let's talk about you and your skills... Hungry for a new challenge, you'll:
  • Have at least two years' experience in marketing – either agency or client-side – with hands-on involvement across both digital and offline channels
  • Be motivated by results, and excited to see your campaigns drive real leads and opportunities for the business
  • Be confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels – people enjoy working with you
  • Be creative and comfortable turning ideas into engaging visuals, video, or copy
  • Be tech-savvy, ideally with experience using tools like WordPress, email platforms, social scheduling tools or CRM
  • Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in – whether the task is big and complex, or small and quick
  •  Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
  •  Be curious, resourceful and not afraid to approach challenges from a different angle
