The Role
As our Inside Sales Manager, youll lead the internal sales team to deliver exceptional service, efficient processes, and clear commercial insight. This is a key role that strengthens the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to order completion ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction at every stage.
What Youll Do
- Oversee quoting, contract review and order processing
- Improve sales operations to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Monitor key sales metrics, preparing clear reports and forecasts
- Ensure consistent, professional communication with customers
- Work with marketing to support lead qualification and conversion
- Support external sales teams with key accounts and customer enquiries
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and cross-selling
- Contribute to team development, product knowledge and best practice
What Were Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, sales operations or commercial support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data to generate insights
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent A-Levels; a degree or relevant qualification is desirable
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills
