Area Sales Manager – North of Ireland (Indirect Business)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Base Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 per annum
Bonus: Quarterly, up to 40%
Location: Remote

About the Role
As part of the UKI Sales team, you will promote and sell Nilfisk's full product portfolio across customer segments in the North of Ireland. You'll build long-term relationships with customers and dealers, acting as the key liaison between them and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assess customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and close sales
Meet and exceed sales targets while nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients
Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Identify and convert key sales opportunities
Deliver creative solutions to overcome challenges and drive profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business success
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product training and demonstrations at fairs/expos

What You'll Need
This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales with a proven track record in building lasting customer relationshsip. You'll need strong analytical and negotiation skills, high energy, and ideally, experience in a similar role.
