RADKA ADVERTISING is expanding its reach. We are a premier consultancy delivering high-impact advertising and branding solutions. While we are known for our enterprise work, we are launching a focused initiative targeting SMEs and high-growth startups.

We are looking for agile Sales Consultants to sell our core branding packages and digital strategy audits. These services are accessible, high-impact, and designed for a faster sales cycle with an average deal value of £3,000.

Language Requirement: Native or Bilingual proficiency in English or Polish is required to manage our diverse client base.

THE FINANCIALS

We offer a structure that rewards volume and consistency.

  • Base Retainer: £200/month fixed
  • Commission: 15% on the gross value of every deal closed.

Earning Scenarios: With a lower price point (£3k), the sales cycle is significantly shorter than enterprise deals.

  • 1 Deal Closed: Earn £450 commission.
  • 4 Deals Closed (1 per week): Earn £1,800 commission + £200 Base = £2,000/month.
  • High Performance (8 deals/month): Earn £3,600 commission + £200 Base = £3,800/month.

YOUR MISSION

You will target Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) looking to scale their brand presence professionally without the enterprise price tag.

  • Prospect & Engage: Identify decision-makers (Founders, Marketing Directors) via Facebook, cold email and social channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyse client needs and prescribe our £3k+ branding and strategy packages.
  • Close & Handover: Manage the negotiation, sign the client, and ensure a smooth transition to our delivery team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy flow of leads in the CRM to ensure consistent weekly closings.

  • An Agile Closer: You understand that a £3k deal shouldn't take months to close. You know how to move leads through a pipeline efficiently.
  • B2B Experience: You have a background in selling services (marketing, SaaS, consulting) to business owners.
  • Self-Disciplined: You don't need a manager hovering over you to hit your outreach targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools, Zoom/Google Meet, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
