We're seeking a
Senior Growth Analyst
(MarTech) to join our dynamic UK crew. You'll dive deep into the data trenches alongside our clients' brightest product, marketing, and engineering teams, crafting data-driven strategies that unlock explosive growth.

Your Quest (What You'll Do):

  • Data Training:
    Partner with clients to define the metrics that truly matter, craft stunning dashboards, and unearth insights that spark action.
  • MarTech Sorcery:
    Mastermind the implementation of Customer Data Platforms and Product Analytics tools like Segment, Mixpanel, and Amplitude – you'll be the go-to guru.
  • AI Illumination:
    Help our clients wield AI to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations – it's like having a superpower
  • Decode the Data:
    Define the golden nuggets of data our clients need to understand their users, optimize ad campaigns, and deliver mind-blowing personalized experiences.
  • Connect the Dots:
    Expertly configure integrations between systems and establish robust data governance practices.
  • Empower the Team:
    Deliver inspiring training on analytics, automation, and data mastery.
  • Data Storytelling & Impact:
    Transform complex data into compelling stories that drive tangible growth and retention.

What You Bring to the Table (Your Superpowers):

  • Data Veteran:
    3–6+ years of battle-tested experience in data analytics, preferably within the exciting realm of marketing or growth.
  • MarTech Wizardry:
    Hands-on expertise of at least one or more event-based MarTech tools ie. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, and their kin.
  • Project Maestro:
    Impeccably organized and confident leading projects with diverse and dynamic stakeholders.
  • Customer Journey Navigator:
    A keen understanding of acquisition funnels, the customer journey, and marketing attribution.
  • Communication Rockstar:
    You possess the rare ability to transform data into captivating stories that inspire action and deliver measurable impact.
  • Client Champion:
    Comfortable in a client-facing role, forging strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Quick-Witted Learner:
    You absorb new information like a sponge and can translate complex tech concepts into clear, concise explanations.
  • Problem-Solving Pro:
    You take a methodical approach to problem-solving and know how to ask the right questions when you don't have all the answers.
  • SQL Savvy:
    Proficiency in SQL is a helpful bonus

  • Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Python, or other cutting-edge modern data stack tools.
  • Knowledge of retention marketing, lifecycle programs, or CRM strategy.
