About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and have hands-on experience with Sage 200c? We're looking for a Sage Support Consultant to join our clients dynamic support team, providing first-line assistance to clients across a range of Sage products and third-party add-ons.
Salary:
Up to 40k
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to and resolving support queries via phone, email, and remote access.
- Managing and prioritising support tickets to meet SLAs.
- Investigating data issues and producing reports.
- Staying up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify training and technology improvement opportunities.
- Promoting best practices and continuous improvement across the department.
What you'll bring:
- Essential: Experience with Sage 200c and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Preferred: Sage 200 accreditation and formal accounting qualifications.
- Familiarity with add-ons such as Eque2 Construct, Draycir Spindle, Credit Hound, Sicon, and Eureka.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote access technologies.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience in a support environment resolving customer tickets.
