We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Executive Search Consultant to support senior team members on high-impact global hiring assignments. This role offers exceptional training, international exposure and a clear pathway to a long-term career in executive search in the world of AI and B2B Technology.

In the first 3 months, we'd be hopeful you would be up and running and making your first key hires

Key Responsibilities

Search Delivery and Research

  • Conduct internet-based research and market mapping across Europe, the US and other global markets
  • Identify prospects and sources through targeted research and conversations with industry stakeholders
  • Speak to senior candidates and network with key leaders at world leading tech. companies.
  • Support the delivery of senior-level searches from brief to completion
  • Produce high quality candidate longlists, mapping documents, status reports and search updates
  • Capture and share insights on market trends, sector developments and talent landscapes

Candidate Engagement

  • Conduct in-depth phone/zoom and in person screening and informal referencing to assess suitability
  • Appropriately and confidentially approach senior-level candidates
  • Present opportunities persuasively and clearly to executive candidates
  • Attend candidate calls and meetings with senior consultants

Client Support and Communication

  • Assist in managing the interview cycle and coordinating feedback
  • Prepare pitch materials, presentations and business development documentation
  • Report weekly on search progress, research outputs and candidate pipelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients and key market influencers

Business Development and Learning

  • Identify potential new vacancies and client opportunities
  • Grow knowledge across SaaS, AI and broader technology markets
  • Contribute insights that strengthen client relationships and support account growth

Required Skills and Attributes

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, recruitment, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven success in meeting targets or KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • High energy, ambition, and resilience.
  • Creative and globally minded with excellent business-level English.
