**Career Service Summary**
**Role Summary**
**The Career Services Consultant will play an important role in helping our students launch new and exciting careers whilst delivering excellent customer service. **As a skilled problem solver, you will excel in delivering outstanding customer service and possess strong communication skills.
**The key part of the role is to provide all aspects of career coaching and career advice. **Your ability to work with diverse individuals and your passion for connecting with people will be essential for this role. Additionally, you possess excellent organisational skills, be comfortable working with IT systems, and have the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

**Main Duties**
- Proactive follow-up calls with students
- Support the planning, content creation and roll-out of monthly interactive workshops
- Administration duties on LinkedIn, Student & Alumni group
- Guide students through the Learning People phased career services process
- Source and pipeline student guest speakers for monthly webinars
- Liaise with Employers, Recruitment Agencies and students
- Respond to Trustpilot Reviews which mention Career Services Support
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience within a recruitment, talent acquisition, or careers-based role
- Good knowledge of networking and personal brand utilising social media, especially Linkedin
- Experience using recruitment job boards as an employer would be beneficial
- Experience coaching others in a supportive manner
