We are currently hiring across our London and Brighton offices as we are in an exciting period of high growth. You do not have to have any recruitment experience to apply, we look for individuals with strong relationship building skills, who align to our values and are motivated to build their career.

As an Associate, your will start your journey with SOAP with 2 weeks classroom training to get you started. You will be taught our Playbook by one of our Founders himself. But the training doesn’t stop there, you will have ongoing weekly training sessions to expedite your learning, meaning you are constantly developing, challenged and ultimately able to make an impact on your network in a shorter amount of time.

- Day to day your role will be varied depending on your project so whether you are sourcing top talent, advising existing or bringing on your own clients, you will have a high degree of autonomy and are in charge of your own success.

We are in a very exciting stage right now as we look to set up our first US office
- Experience in a fast-paced environment would be ideal but not essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Able to learn and execute our company playbook throughout training
- Delivering performance against agreed sales, service, and quality KPI's
- Organise interviews
- Aligning with our company values
- Record all relevant activity on our CRM Database

- The trajectory for the Associate will be to transition to Consultant then Senior Consultant once KPI’s have been achieved, receiving a pay rise and commission each time. One of our values here at SOAP, is that there is no ceiling if we are always learning, we strongly abide by this and will give you the full training and support to help you achieve your goals

**Structure & Measurables**
- Your direct reporting line will be to your Team Leader, however it is imperative that you build and cement strong working relationships with every SOAP teammate regardless of seniority or length of employment served at SOAP.
- Your performance will be measured using three key metrics, knowledge, development, and mindset.

£26-38K yearly base salary + Uncapped hiring commissions
