The Role

We're hiring a
Account Manager
,someone with curiosity, drive, and a head full of ideas.

This isn't a traditional sales job. Yes, you'll lead our internal sales team and be accountable for results, but you'll also play a key role in shaping
how
we sell,
what
we sell, and
where
we grow next.

You'll bring together sales, strategy, and innovation helping us spot opportunities, streamline systems, and turn ideas into reality. If you thrive in an environment that's evolving fast and value seeing your ideas make a visible difference, you'll love it here.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop our internal sales team by setting clear goals and creating a culture of performance and pride.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers, helping them grow with us and making sure we're always their first call.
  • Reignite and develop opportunities within our
    warm, historical database of loyal customers,
    there's a solid foundation here waiting to be built on.
  • Champion innovation across the business expanding product ideas
  • Track market trends, shifts in customer needs, and emerging tech that could open new doors.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to bring fresh ideas from concept to launch.
