In this brand new role, you'll be central in proactively managing partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily operations to deliver smooth, high-impact affiliate collaborations.Key ActionsSupport the Vitality Health Lite leadership team in achieving targeted objectives by effectively managing affiliate partnership relationships to grow business valueCoordinate and manage stakeholder meetings, including agenda setting and preparation of papers, to ensure smooth delivery of affiliate partnershipsSupport executive leaders in securing new affiliate partnerships through regular engagement and relationship building with internal and external stakeholdersFront the delivery of multiple projects related to Vitality Health Lite plans, including scoping, implementation, change management, and ROI evaluationTrack and analyse key performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights to senior stakeholders to drive partnership growthProduce high-quality presentations, reports, and board papers for senior leadership, ensuring content is well-researched and impactfulConduct external research and deliver thought leadership materials to strengthen strategic initiatives and partnershipsWork in an agile, fast-paced environment, balancing leadership and hands-on delivery to meet demanding timelinesTravel regularly between UK office locations to support partnership and project deliveryWhat do you need to thrive?Previous experience (>2 years) of network/pathway management at a senior level.Experience of procurement and contractual development within networks and pathways.Previous experience of controlling functions from both a people and strategy perspective.Track record of leading successful change initiatives/projects/programmes.The capability to interpret and present complex data.The ability to successfully present ideas and initiatives to others using a variety of tools and methods.Experience in engaging with and influencing internal and external organisations at all levels.So, what's in it for you?Bonus Schemes – A bonus that regularly rewards you for your performanceA pension of up to 12%– We will match your contributions up to 6% of your salaryOur award-winning Vitality health insurance – With its own set of rewards and benefitsLife Assurance – Four times annual salaryThese are just some of the many perks that we offer To view the extensive range of benefits we offer, please visit our careers page.
