OnBuy have an exciting opportunity for a **Head of Partnerships **to join the team.

Location: Remote

**Salary**: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum (with up to 30% OTE) depending on experience.

OnBuy is growing and we’re now looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships to join our team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to help deliver the OnBuy promise to sellers and consumers alike. We’realso planning our international expansion and several new product offerings, so there’s no better time to join us

As **Head of Partnerships**, you will be responsible for:

- Defining the partnership roadmap with key metrics, articulating a compelling vision & strategy around these key opportunities
- Defining the goals of each initiative, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate internal and external stakeholders ensuring all work together to deliver high-quality experiences
- Have full ownership of the strategy including success factors and all key metrics that define growth and customer satisfaction
- Implementing a continuous feedback loop with partners and team to facilitate performance improvements and new opportunity

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- A proven partnerships leader, with at least 6 years’ experience to call upon, to ensure that the team is well supported in a culture of continuous development
- Experience working with the finance function to ensure the department contributes to the business’ financial goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish rapport and build interactive relationships with other teams within the business
- A CRM evangelist, utilising the client and team activity data to drive performance
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals through a team
- Experience with online retailing / eCommerce an advantage
