Get Staff Recruitment are working with one of the South’s leading insurance brokerages, who are looking to add a Head of Partnerships to join their group, with emphasis on growing the portfolio of commercial business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insurance management professional to build upon their knowledge, working for a company with significant growth plans and a thriving reputation in the marketplace.

In return my client is offering a generous basic salary, along with quarterly bonus scheme, car allowance and a strong change of long-term advancement.

There is also the opportunity for the role to be a hybrid model of working in the office and from home, should this be preferred.

**Duties to be performed in the role will include**:

- Developing and delivering commercial partnership strategies
- Building deep and wide relationships with strategic partners to provide a steady flow of commercial referrals
- Managing multi-channel leads from qualification through to closure by effect management of pipeline activity
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Managing, developing, and coaching a team of partnerships executives, ensuring objectives are aligned, performance metrics are set, communicated, and reviewed

Previous strategic management experience within an insurance function is required to be considered for this role.
