- Lead System Ownership:
You'll take full responsibility for Dynamics 365, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of a busy and dynamic business environment. - Collaborate Widely:
Work closely with finance stakeholders, internal tech teams, and key business users to translate needs into solutions. - Deliver Innovation:
Identify opportunities for automation, streamline internal processes, and shape integration strategies across systems. - Strategic Influence:
Guide long-term systems planning and support business change initiatives with data-driven solutions. - Mentor and Support:
Act as an escalation point for technical issues and mentor junior support functions to build internal capability.

- Proven experience with
Dynamics 365
, ideally in a functional or in-house consultancy capacity. - Solid understanding of
ERP systems architecture
and lifecycle. - Familiarity with
Microsoft DevOps
, Power Platform tools, or reporting solutions like Power BI. - Confident working with cross-functional stakeholders to define needs and deliver improvements.
- Comfortable managing systems roadmaps, vendors, and change processes.
- Bonus if you've worked with finance systems, accounting teams, or global business environments.
