About the Job

We're looking for someone who loves to make things happen. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps everything running smoothly, and finds satisfaction in turning chaos into calm, structured success.

This role is all about driving organisation, efficiency, and impact across the business. You'll manage our day-to-day operations - from data and reporting to onboarding and event planning - and help shape how we work as we continue to grow.

You'll also play a key part in implementing smarter, tech-driven processes (including AI), giving you the chance to make real improvements that move the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office and back-office operations
  • Oversee data management, CRM systems, and reporting to leadership
  • Provide regular data insights and performance reports to management
  • Lead the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Plan and manage internal events and company activities
  • Support AI implementation and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Maintain high standards of organisation across all business areas
