People & Operations Manager

This role is all about driving organisation, efficiency, and impact across the business. You'll manage our day-to-day operations - from data and reporting to onboarding and event planning - and help shape how we work as we continue to grow.
You'll also play a key part in implementing smarter, tech-driven processes (including AI), giving you the chance to make real improvements that move the business forward.

What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office and back-office operations
- Oversee data management, CRM systems, and reporting to leadership
- Provide regular data insights and performance reports to management
- Lead the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth experience
- Plan and manage internal events and company activities
- Support AI implementation and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Maintain high standards of organisation across all business areas
