**People Analyst
- Leeds**

The People Advisor supports the PSSC (People Shared Service Centre) and wider People function with the effective, accurate and timely co-ordination and administration of people related processes and projects. Providing support to ‘Group’ departments withemployee relations activity. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations at all times. They will be comfortable handling and analysing large quantities of data, understanding business reporting requirements

**What you will be doing**
- Handle large and complex datasets from SAP SuccessFactors analysing trends and metrics to provide business insight to inform decisions.
- Verify the integrity of extracted data from SAP SuccessFactors, as well as liaising with key business stakeholders to rectify any anomalies
- Building reports and analysing the data for our inhouse HR Management systems.
- Support with specialist areas, such Reward, Recruitment and Engagement, with the collation of data
- Up-skill Line Managers in Group Functions by coaching them through relevant people processes
- Ensuring al insights and data provided is accurate and in line with GDPR and company expectations
- Analyse trends and metrics to provide business insights
- Maintain up to date and accurate records within the key people systems and Identify opportunities for improvementand implement
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for PSSC Processes
- Be the escalation point within the team for complex process queries
- Deputise in absence of PSSC Manager, when needed


**Who we are looking for**
- CIPD qualified to Level 5 (or relevant experience)
- Previous analytical reporting and experience of providing insights for senior stakeholders
- Project management methodology knowledge would be desirable.
- Strong experience in leading people/ delegating in order to deliver
- Experience of providing basic HR Advice in line with policy and procedures
- Previous exposure of working is a People Team/ People Shared Service Centre (PSSC)
