We're an early-stage start-up out of London working at the intersection of system design, cloud infrastructure and AI to accelerate the adoption of modern tools and technologies. Our goal is nothing less than to enable businesses of all sizes and shapes to leverage best-of-class technologies and latest advancements in GenAI, including agentic frameworks.

We've recently launched our product, having raised a hefty pre-seed fund from Tier 1 investors with additional contributions from some awesome angels to bring the vision to life. We are now in delivery mode and have already partnered up with 20+ world-renowned brands to bring the product to the market.

The Role

This is a versatile, high-velocity role that blends high-level executive support with operational strategy and product research. You will work side-by-side with the Founders and the Head of Operations, acting as the "glue" that keeps the company moving fast.

We are looking for someone with a solid background (1-2 years in high-growth startups, consulting, or similar) who possesses a rare mix of administrative precision, analytical rigour, and creative problem-solving.

What you'll be doing

Founder Enablement & Decision Support

  • The "Right Hand": You will proactively support the founders' bandwidth, handling complex logistics and "noise" so they can focus on strategy. You don't just schedule meetings; you prepare the context so the meeting is effective.
  • Facilitating Decisions: You will help structure the decision-making process. This means gathering necessary data, documenting the options, and capturing the "Why" behind the final choice to ensure alignment.

Creative Strategy & Content

  • High-Impact Copywriting: You will support our Head of Operations in drafting impactful content for social media and external communications. You know how to tell our story in a way that cuts through the noise.
  • Content Distribution: You will support the execution of our content strategy, ensuring that our narrative is effectively channelled through various social media platforms.

Operations Execution & Events

  • Support Execution: You will work closely with the Head of Operations to execute on processes, specifically helping to build out customer support workflows and documentation.
  • Event Management: You will bring flair and organisation to our physical presence, managing logistics for monthly team off-sites and public-facing company events.

Product & Market Intelligence

  • User Research: You will take initiative to interview users and collect feedback, acting as an extra set of ears for the founders.
  • Data Synthesis: You will translate raw data from the market or product usage into digestible briefs that help the founders see the signal in the noise.
We are looking for someone who
  • Is an Organisation Geek: You are adamant about best practices in Linear (or similar) and Notion. You believe that if information isn't easy to find, it's useless. You keep the founders organised even when the startup is chaotic.
  • Is AI-Native (Non-Negotiable): You use agentic browsers and complex prompting to automate research, draft briefs, and speed up your own workflow.
  • Is a Strong Writer: You can write copy that persuades and informs.
  • Thrives in Asynchronous Cultures: You document your reasoning clearly so the team can move fast without endless meetings.
  • Is Discerning: You have a high bar for quality, whether it's a travel itinerary, an event invite, or a strategic memo.
  • Takes Ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do; you look at the founders' to-do list and ask, "What can I take off this list today?"
